A selection of our sponsors will be offering bookable 1-2-1 sessions at no additional cost. We will send you details about how to book these sessions in January. No details just yet, but last year we had demo reviews, marketing reviews, advice from Equity, career coaching and more! We’ll add details when we get them.

Each attendee will get a party bag full of goodies provided by us and our lovely sponsors.
We’re keeping the exact contents of your party bag a surprise because it’s more fun that way! (And because not everyone has told us what they’re going to provide yet, but it’s mostly because it’s more fun when it’s a surprise!)
We can’t expect you to enjoy 12 hours of fun and chatter without a full belly. Each ticket includes evening food (served approx. 6pm). We’re keeping things northern serving hot pies and sides. Pick from a selection of meat, veggie, vegan, gluten free and halal options. Other dietary requirements? Let us know.

We want you to feel as welcome as possible at our event, so if you don’t know anyone that is going (yet!) we’ll put you in touch with another solo attendee and one of our welcome team BEFORE the event so you can guarantee you’ll know someone when you arrive.
When you book your ticket, you’ll be asked if you want to take part.
Our incredible sponsors are all industry experts and they are hosting stands in our expo area. In addition, some of our experts will be offering pre-bookable 1-2-1 appointments to attendees – offering advice and answering your questions.
Some sessions will be run outside of the day itself so you still get to enjoy the full day!
