We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change, so here’s our refund policy:

Up to 30 Days Before the Event
If you cancel at least 30 days before the event, you’ll receive a full refund minus a £5 admin fee.

Between 14 and 29 Days Before the Event
For cancellations between 14 and 29 days before the event, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

Less Than 14 Days Before the Event
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else – just let us know who will be attending in your place.
